About the Program

The First Nations Health Benefits program covers specific health-related items and services that meet medical or dental needs not covered by third-party health insurance or the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP). 

The program Health Benefits also provides coverage for ambulance bills and BC Medical Service Plan (MSP) Premiums, as well as:

• Dental Care 
• Medical Supplies and Equipment
• Medical Transportation
Mental Health Care
• Pharmacy Items and Supplies
• Vision Care
