Treatment Centre Client and Family Surveys

​​We are gathering knowledge to better understand how treatment centres funded by the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) are meeting the needs of First Nations individuals, their families and communities. If you or a family member have attend a treatment centre funded by the FNHA, we invite you to share your thoughts through a survey. All participants will have the option to enter a prize draw for a chance to win $50.

About FNHA-funded treatment services

The FNHA funds community and bed-based day and/or evening treatment services. These services are part of a vision for mental health and wellness that is strengths-based​, wholistic and suited to the needs of First Nations people.

Treatment centres funded by th​e FNHA include:

  • Round Lake Alcohol and Drug Treatment
  • Ktunaxa: Seven Nations Soaring Eagles Healing Centre
  • Nenqayni Wellness Centre Society
  • Carrier Sekani Family Services Society Addiction Recovery Program
  • Gya'Wa'Tlaab Healing Centre
  • North Wind Wellness Centre
  • Wilp Si'Satxw House of Purification
  • Namgis First Nation
  • Tsow-Tun Le Lum Society
  • Kackaamin

How we use your input: Your input will be used to help inform our evaluation and better understand how treatment centres are meeting your needs or the needs ​of your family. Information gathered will be used to create evaluation reports and knowledge translation products. With your consent we may use non-identifying quotes from your survey in our evaluation report but not anything that could identify you or your community.

Your information is safe: We keep your information private following the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPA) and other applicable privacy regulations.
