
The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is continuing to host engagement sessions with the urban and away-from-home population (UAH), BC First Nations, urban Indigenous organizations and health system partners in each health region. The goal of this engagement is to understand and improve communications and engagement pathways with the UAH First Nations population in BC as well as understand their health and wellness needs.
The UAH team will be hosting virtual and in person engagement sessions in July 2025.
For the Vancouver Island region, we will be hosting virtual sessions on:
- July 3 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. for the UAH Population
- July 11 from 10:30 am – 12 p.m. for Health Directors and Community Staff
- July 15 from 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. for Urban Indigenous service providers
For the Interior region, we will be hosting an in-person engagement session in Lillooet:
- July 9 from 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the St'at'imc Primary Care Centre (107-7 Ave.)
