About the Grant

Water is an integral part of life, community and wellbeing. To help protect and celebrate the importance of water, particularly drinking water, in your community, the FNHA Drinking Water Safety Program would like to invite you to submit a proposal for your community water awareness day event or activity.

The objective of the Our Community, Our Water Grant is to support awareness and preservation of First Nation's community drinking water sources.

As part of this grant, the FNHA will provide from $500 to $5,000 (maximum), for BC First Nations Communities to support hosting a Water Awareness Day Event.
