About this Service
This is a unique service open to all First Nations people and their families living in BC. The program includes doctors of Indigenous ancestry. All doctors and allied health care professionals are trained to follow the principles and practices of cultural safety and humility.

| Notice of Temporary Closure: Our Virtual Services clinic will be closed on November 14-16, 2025, as our team participates in a scheduled event. Call 1-855-344-3800 to book an appointment. Medical Office Assistants are available to help you. Please note that wait times can vary based on provider availability. Certain appointment types may not be suitable for virtual appointments (e.g., physical exams, forms).
If you have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, please reach out to them first. If they are unavailable, then contact our virtual care service.

Meet Dr. Kelsey Louie
Dr. Kelsey Louie is a member of the Tla'amin Nation and is one of the Indigenous doctors serving in the program. He is also a Medical Officer with the FNHA. Dr. Louie explains what a doctor of the day is and what type of medical care is offered through the program.
