​​Get the Most Out ​of Your Experience

Each year, FNHA hosts the 30x30 Active Challenge.

The challenge is simple – to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity for 30 days.

To help make the challenge a community wellness experience, FNHA has set up a social media account on Wishpond for those who want to participate.

Once registered on the site, participants can:

  • read posts by other participants
  • share their experiences through posts
  • use the FNHA hashtags (#30x30ActiveChallengeFNHA or #BeActiveFNHA) on other social media accounts

There are many ways to get the most out of your 30x30 Active Challenge experience. Aside from participating on social media, you can:

  • encourage your friends and family to take up the challenge
  • focus on having fun and trying new activities
  • mark off each day's 30 minutes' of activity and water consumption with the “tickable" FNHA 30x30 Active Challenge Calendar​ (for those who like a record!) 
  • record your activities in the 30x-30 Physical Activity Log
  • look out for stories in the Inspirational Indigenous Athletes Series every Thursday
  • celebrate finishing the challenge on National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21
