What Is Telehealth?
Telehealth is the delivery of healthcare, wellness and educational services at a distance.
Telehealth (also called virtual care) uses live, interactive videoconferencing to connect patients with health care providers. Telehealth allows First Nations individuals living in remote or rural areas to receive some health services without leaving their communities.

Telehealth is used in many creative ways including:

- Consults and follow up care
- Education
- Access to specialists
