​​​In the spirit of openness and accountability, the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) publishes financial and performance information throughout our website.

For example, this data and privacy section includes information ‎about how our clients and the public may access health and corporate information from the FNHA.

FNHA may also release records upon request. Records include electronic files, physical files, photographs, video or audio recordings and any other format used to document information.

Request your personal information

The FNHA respects the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information including health information. FNHA only releases information as permitted under the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Visit Your Privacy Page to learn more about access to personal health information.

Request health records

Health records include clinical and medical records, they contain documents such as reports from care providers, test results and pharmacy information. Visit the Request Health Records page to learn more.

Request corporate or community information

Corporate records include policies, procedures, emails, financial records, reports, contracts and documents generated by FNHA teams and departments. Community records contain identifiable information associated with a First Nations family, community, Nation, and/or First Nations population).
