If you haven't had time to fill out our news and website survey yet, there's still time! The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is looking for feedback from First Nations people in BC and the family, friends and health care providers who support their health care decisions. Our goal is to gather 1,000 survey responses with representation from all five health regions, and we still need 300 more.
If you tried to complete our news and website survey but experienced a technical issue or were told we had already received enough responses from your region, we encourage you to try again. We have now increased the number of survey responses we can accept and would love to hear from you!
As an organization guided by First Nations voices, we want to better understand how we can serve the people, communities and organizations we work with. That's why we're gathering feedback about what kind of news and information is most relevant and interesting to First Nations people, preferred communication frequency, and how we can improve our website.
The online survey takes 10 to 12 minutes to complete, and responses will be kept confidential. As a thank you for providing feedback, respondents' names will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three $250 gift cards.
For more information, a list of frequently asked questions can be found on the survey landing page, or you can contact communications@fnha.ca.
